George Fox is a highly skilled coach and consultant with over 25 years of experience in leading teams at different levels. He launched Plain Thinking Limited to help individuals and organisations to be successful leaders and help individuals move into confident and positive leadership.
As a coach with such vast experience, George believes change is possible even for the most challenging of situations. Having successfully worked with many different organisations and individuals, he is able to understand the ever-changing demands of the world we live in, determining outcomes that resolve the most difficult situations.
The most challenging periods from his own work experiences, stick firmly in George’s mind. Overcoming and navigating his own personal difficulties has made him into an understanding and successful coach. George firmly believes that by being a careful listener, creative person and innovative coach he is able to support and understand people. Humans are complex individuals, unique in their approach to life and we require those individual attributes to be recognised in order to maximise our potential and happiness.
