Nothing gives us more pleasure than knowing we've made a positive impact on people's leadership development, either on an individual's career path or an organisation's leadership team.
Here is just some of the great feedback we've had from our clients.
Over the past three months, working with George has been an absolute game-changer for me. He’s helped me pinpoint the challenges within the charity I lead that were holding me back and slowing us down.
Thanks to George’s support, I’ve been able to step back, see the bigger picture, and tackle issues with a fresh perspective. I feel so much more confident as a leader now, and the changes I’ve made as a result of our sessions have already had a huge impact on the charity.
I’ve genuinely enjoyed every moment of our coaching journey. George has a brilliant way of getting to the heart of the matter and encouraging meaningful conversations that leave you feeling clearer and more focused. He’s helped me lay stronger foundations for the charity, and I’m really excited about what’s next.
I honestly can’t recommend George highly enough—his insights and approach have been invaluable.
If you’re looking for someone to guide you through challenges and help you grow, George is your man.
Having just set up my own physiotherapy practice, there were several aspects relating to the daily running of the business that I was keen to chat to George about during our coaching sessions. One aspect was how to write up my patient notes. I have been a physio for 23 years and have always written the patient's injury story in paper format or on a computer where the patient is obviously part of the conversation, but is not able to clearly see what I am writing.
So, in effect they are not part of the thought process in my head, as I’m putting together puzzle pieces of perhaps why an injury has occurred or is reoccurring. I had thought about using a large whiteboard to do the write up in front of the patient so they could be part of the fact finding process, but I wasn’t confident about changing a process that I had been doing the same way for the past 23 years.
George not only encouraged me to take the leap, but he explained from a patient psychology point of view why this was going to be an essential part of their journey too. It would build trust, knowledge and allow them to problem solve, feeling empowered about their rehab.
I then realised this wasn’t a “want” for me, it was essential for the patient and for my business to be successful and, moreover, a unique aspect to my practice.
I feel confident from this coaching experience with George that I can continue to make other changes in my business that I perhaps wouldn’t have done previously. I feel my practice has a unique quality and my patients and I better understand each other as a result of this change.
Huge thank you to George.
Something that might have taken me a year or more to implement took me only a fortnight which makes me feel really energetic about other changes I want to make in my business moving forwards.
I am incredibly grateful for the support George has given me recently within my coaching sessions.
The sessions have provided me with a unique opportunity to reflect deeply on both my professional and personal practices. Through thoughtful conversations and insightful guidance, George has help me identify areas for growth, align my goals with my core values, and gain clarity on how to navigate challenges more effectively.
The process has not only enhanced my leadership skills at work but also brought greater balance and mindfulness into my personal life. I can't recommend these coaching sessions highly enough for anyone looking to make meaningful improvements in all areas of life.
My sessions with George have been a mix of interest in my work and aspirations, enthusiasm and commitment, insight and reflection.
George has helped me think through a variety of issues from how I work with my colleagues, to how we develop the organisation and its future. George does this through a combination of listening, pertinent questions and, at times, by highlighting to me how other people/organisations have solved a particular problem.
The sessions are business like, but with a lot of warmth; as a result of all of this I feel that I have more of a sense of direction with my role and what I can be doing for the charity.
